The Port Qasim Coal-fired Emergency Power Plant Project is in the industrial park of Port Qasim which is located in the southeast of Karachi. This industrial park is about 37 kilometers away from Karachi and is next to the coastal beach of the Arabian Sea. The power plant adopts two 660MW supercritical units, imports fire coal, uses ship transportation, and builds new specialized wharfs for unloading coal. The construction period is 32 months. And this plant is expected to be put into use by the end of 2017. The Port Qasim Coal-fired Emergency Power Plant Project in Pakistan, which belongs to the "The Early Harvest List of Sino-Pakistan Economic Corridor " and is listed as a priority implementation project among the Cooperation Agreement of Sino-Pakistan Economic Corridor Energy Project, is a large-scale energy development and construction project between countries with significant political and economic impacts and one of the first projects promoted formally by the strategy of "The Belt and Road".

卡西姆港燃煤應急電站項目位於卡拉奇市東南方約37公里處卡西姆港口工業園內，緊鄰阿拉伯海沿岸灘塗。電廠採用2台660MW超臨界機組，進口燃煤，採用輪船運輸，新建專用碼頭卸煤。工程建設期為32個月。巴基斯坦卡西姆港燃煤電站項目位於卡拉奇市東南方約37公里處卡西姆港口工業園內，將安裝兩台660兆瓦超臨界燃煤機組，預計2017年底正式發電。巴基斯坦卡西姆港燃煤應急電站項目是具有重大政治、經濟影響的國家間大型能源開發建設項目，是國家“一帶一路”戰略正式推進的首批項目之一，屬於“中巴經濟走廊早期收穫清單”所列項目，且被列為中巴經濟走廊能源項目合作協定中的優先實施項目。

Bangladesh PAYRA 2 sets of 660 thousand KW coal-fired power plant project. The project has two new coal-fired units with capacity of 660,000 kilowatts, meets the land requirements of the planning 4 sets of 660,000 kilowatts ultra supercritical coal - fired power plant, and with the condition of re-expansion. The flue gas desulfurization device has been in construction at the same time, with space reserved for the denitrification device. The coal-fired power plant project covers an area of 397 hectares, and is an ultra supercritical coal-fired power plant project. It is planned to be put into operation in December 2019.

孟加拉PAYRA 2台66萬千瓦燃煤電廠工程本期新建容量為2台66萬千瓦燃煤機組，滿足規劃4台66萬千瓦超超臨界燃煤電廠的用地要求，並具備再擴建的條件，同步建設尾部煙氣脫硫裝置，預留脫硝裝置位置。該燃煤電廠項目占地397公頃，是超超臨界燃煤電站項目，計畫2019年12月全部投入使用。

The project is located at 50 kilometers west of Basra city in Basra, southern Iraq, and is invested by the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity (MOE) to build the Iraqi Rumaiah 730MW combined cycle power plant project, the single-cycle gas turbine in the existing plant has been put into operation in February 2014, and it has been running for nearly 3 years. The power plant has five Siemens 4000F units (5 x 293 MW), owned by the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity (MOE). This phase intends to transform the single cycle into a combined cycle, which including two Block, one 3+1 plan, one 2+1 plan, and 5 waste heat boilers and 2 steam turbines and 2 generators will be added. The total investment of the project is 723 million USD.

該項目位於伊拉克南部巴士拉省巴士拉市西50公里，由伊拉克電力部（MOE）投資，建設伊拉克魯邁拉730MW聯合循環電站項目，本項目老廠單循環燃機部分2014年2月已投產發電，目前已運行近3年。現有電廠包括5台西門子燃機4000F機組(5×293MW)，為伊拉克電力部（MOE）所有。本期擬由單循環擴建改造成聯合循環，共分為兩個Block，一個3+1方案，一個2+1方案，新增5台餘熱鍋爐和2台蒸汽輪機和2台發電機。項目總投資491900萬元 (約7.23億美金）。

The second phase coastal project of Vietnam, which is invested and constructed by China Huadian Engineering Co., Ltd., is located in the coastal power generation industry area of the Tra Vinh Province, Vietnam. The project will build two 6,000 supercritical coal-fired generating units and the supporting coal unloading terminals. Be adjacent to the Vietnam power load center,Ho Chi Minh City, the project is planned by the Vietnamese government, and has been included in the Vietnam electric power plan, and the development model is "build-operate-transfer"(BOT). The project company signed a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) with the Electricity of Vietnam (EVN), with an agreed operating period of 25 years and started on May 26, 2017, the project should begin to pour the concrete in the first half of 2018 and put into operation in 2021 as planed. The financing amount of the project accounted for 80% of the total investment, with the Export and Import Bank of China as the lead bank to provide financing support, and become the first IPP power plant project in Vietnam to complete the financing process on time.

由中國華電科工集團有限公司投資建設的越南沿海二期項目，位於越南茶榮省的沿海發電產業區內，項目將建設2台66萬超臨界燃煤發電機組及配套卸煤碼頭，本項目毗鄰越南電力負荷中心胡志明市，項目由越南政府規劃，已經列入越南電力規劃，開發模式為建設-經營-轉讓(BOT)，項目公司與越南國家電力公司(EVN)簽訂長期購電協定(PPA)，約定運營期為25年，2017年5月26日開工，2018年上半年澆築第一方混凝土，計畫2021年投產該項目融資金額占總投資額的80%，由進出口銀行作為牽頭行組建銀團提供融資支持，成為越南首個按時完成融資關閉的IPP電站項目。

Pointe Noire new port project is located about 8 kilometers north the Old Port, and the main tasks of the project including: the construction of a 300,000-ton iron ore export terminal (2 berths), 1 breakwater in the south of the port area, 50,000 tons fertilizer berths, two 50,000-ton multi-purpose berths, newly opened 200 thousand ton channel which is about 4 km long and 50,000 tons of waterways about 4.2 km, while the total area of land area in the harbor area is about 1.175 million square meters, and the total area of land reclamation is about 1.396 million square meters. In addition, it also includes the construction of 19 km dredging harbor highway and 29.6 km of dredging harbor railway. The duration of the project contract is 54 months.

黑角新港項目位於黑角老港北部約8公里處，項目主要工程內容包括：建設1座30萬噸級鐵礦石出口碼頭（2個泊位）、1座港區南側的防波堤、1座5萬噸級化肥泊位、2座5萬噸級多用途泊位，新開闢約4公里的20萬噸級航道、約4.2公里的5萬噸級航道，港區堆場陸域總面積約為117.5萬平方米，填海造地總面積約為139.6萬平方米。此外，還包括19公里疏港公路及29.6公里疏港鐵路建設等。項目合同工期為54個月。

The general contract for the expansion of the Abidjan port including: 4.5 km widening and dredging of the Vridi Canal channel, 600 m demolition and reconstruction of the breakwater in the east and west of the entrance of the channel,1200 meters new container terminal and 470 meters Ro-Ro terminal; 56.5 hectares of land reclamation. After the completion of the project, Abidjan port will become the largest port in West Africa,which will consolidate and strengthen the status of Abidjan port as a hub port in the African Atlantic coast .

阿比讓港口擴建工程總合同主要包括：拓寬和浚深長4.5千米的弗裡迪運河航道，拆除並重建航道口門東、西各600米防波堤，新建集裝箱碼頭1200米和滾裝碼頭470米；填海造陸56.5公頃。項目建成後，阿比讓港將成為西非第一大港，將鞏固和加強阿比讓港在非洲大西洋沿岸的樞紐港地位。

Reconstruction and Extension Project in Victoria Falls Airport is built by China Jiangsu International Economic and Technical Cooperation Group, Ltd. Since the commencement of this works in 2013, the new international terminal of 20,000 square meters, runway of 4000 meters and landing field of 100,000 square meters have been completed and come into use at the end of 2015, and upgrading of domestic terminals as well as the old runway and the construction of related facilities have been completed. After the transformation and upgrading, the annual reception capacity of Victoria Falls Airport could be 1.5 million, increasing 2 times than the previous. The runway with a length of 4 kilometers and a width of 60 meters could take off and land such airliners as Boeing 747, which makes it possible to open long-distance routes and greatly enhance the reception capacity of Victoria Falls to international tourists.

瀑布城機場改擴建工程由中國江蘇國際經濟技術合作集團有限公司承建。工程於2013年開工，新建成的2萬平方米國際航站樓、4000米跑道和10萬平方米停機坪等項目已於2015年年底竣工並投入使用。此次完工的是國內航站樓、機場老跑道的改造升級和相關配套設施的建設。150萬遊客，是擴建前的3倍。長4公里、寬60米的跑道能夠起降波音747等大型客機，使得機場開通長距離航線成為可能，並將大大提升維多利亞瀑布對國際遊客的接待能力。

Kribi Deepwater Port Project is built by China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd and is financed by the Export-Import Bank of China. Phase 1 of the project has been completed at the end of 2014, and will be put into operation in the near future. And phase 2 of the project will build a 70,000-ton container terminal as well as a 100,000-ton container terminal and related facilities. According to the information of Cameroonian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Cameroonian government asked the Export-Import Bank of China for loans with US$ 674.5million. Phase 2 of the project will also build a linear quay crane of 1102 meters and two wharfs with a whole construction period of 42 months. Then the Kribi deepwater port will have a quay of 6.5 kilometers, including 20 wharfs.

克裡比深水港項目由中國港灣公司承建，中國進出口銀行提供融資。一期項目已於2014年底建成，將於近期投入運營。二期項目將新建7萬噸級和10萬噸級集裝箱碼頭各1個以及相關配套設施。根據喀麥隆經濟部的消息，喀麥隆政府向中國進出口銀行申請了6.745億美金的貸款，克裡比深水港二期工程包括修建1102米的線型岸橋以及兩個碼頭。工期計畫為42個月。屆時，克裡比深水港將擁有6.5公里長的埠頭，包括20個碼頭。

The free zone is close to the city of Gwadar, and bases on the port, focusing on the development of trade logistics, processing trade, warehousing and finance industries. At present, three Chinese enterprises have been located in the park, which marks the official launch of the development and construction of the free zone.

The total installed capacity of the whole basin of the Nan'ou river is 1,272 MW, with an average annual power output of about 4.966 billion kilowatt hour. According to the "one reservoir with seven levels" plan, the investment will be carried out in two phases. Among them, the first phase of the project (two, five, six hydro-power stations) has an installed capacity of 540 MW in total, and the annual average power output of about 2.092 billion kilowatt hour, with a total investment of US $ 1.035 billion, and the project will official started in 2012, and by the end of 2015, the first generating units of the all levels' power station will be generating electricity in accordance with the plan. The total installed capacity of the second phase ( hydro-power stations at level one, three, four and seven) is 732 MW, with an average annual power output of about 2.874 billion kilowatt hour and a total investment of approximately US $ 1.7 billion.

南歐江全流域梯級總裝機容量為1272MW，年均發電量約49.66億度，按“一庫七級”規劃方案，分兩期進行投資開發。其中，一期項目（二、五、六級水電站）總裝機容量540MW，年平均發電量約20.92億度，總投資為10.35億美元，於2012年正式開工， 2015年年底各級電站首台機組將按照計畫陸續發電。二期項目（一、三、四、七級水電站）總裝機容量為732 MW，年均發電量約28.74億度，總投資約17億美元。

Adjarala Hydropower Station, the first cross-border trilateral cooperation project in sub-region of West Africa will effectively strengthen the regional energy interconnection and alleviate electric power shortage of Benin and Togo. The project, located in Mono River which is a boundary river between Togo and Benin, has a total installed capacity of 147,000 kilowatts and the average annual production capacity of 461 million KWH after the completion. The whole project includes a barrage with an average dam height of 40 meters as well as a total length of 3700 meters,161 KV high voltage power transmission lines with a total length of 252 kilometers, water diversion systems, plants, access roads and other ancillary facilities. The duration of this project is 50 months, at a total cost of USD 550 million. The project uses the preferential loans provided by the Chinese government, and the fund is issued by the Export-Import Bank of China. And the project construction contract is signed by Sinohydro Group and CEB.

阿賈哈拉水電站是西非次地區第一個跨界三方合作項目，將有效加強地區的能源互聯互通和緩解貝南和多哥的電力緊張局面。項目位於多哥、貝南的界河莫諾河上，總裝機14.7萬千瓦，建成後年均發電量4.61億千瓦時。整個工程包括一座平均壩高40米、總長3700米的攔河壩，總長252公里的161千伏高壓輸變電線路，引水系統、廠房、進場道路等附屬設施。項目工期50個月，總造價5.5億美元。該項目使用中國政府提供的優惠貸款，由中國水電與貝南電力共同體(CEB)簽訂建設項目合同，資金由中國進出口銀行發放。

Kenya Garissa 50 MW photovoltaic power plant project is located in the northeastern part of Kenya, Garissa County, and the China Export-Import Bank will provide 13 billion Ken Shilling (about 126 million USD) concessional loans; this is the first power project supported by the concessional loans from the government of China in Kenya, and also the first "two excellent" solar project of the company. Upon the completion of the project, it will become the largest grid connected photovoltaic power station in Kenya and East Africa, with an average annual capacity of 76.473 million kilowatt hour, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 64 thousand and 190 tons per year, saving about 24 thousand and 470 tons of standard coal.

肯尼亞加里薩50兆瓦光伏電站項目位於肯尼亞東北部的加里薩郡，由中國進出口銀行提供130億肯先令（約合人民幣8.6億元）優惠貸款，是中國政府優惠貸款在肯尼亞支持的第一個發電項目，也是公司第一個“兩優”太陽能項目，該項目建成後將成為肯尼亞及東部非洲地區最大的並網光伏電站，年均發電量7647.3萬度，每年為當地減少6.419萬噸二氧化碳排放，節約標準煤約2.447萬噸。

The developer of Cameroon Mekin Hydropower Project is Cameroonian Ministry of Energy and Water Resources. Mekin hydropower station is about 200 kilometers away from Yaounde, the capital of Cameroon. The major parts of this project includes installation and debugging of dams, spillways, workshops, hydraulic machines, electromechanical devices and booster stations. Transmission Line&Substation : 63KV line, about 40 km; 63/33KV substation. The project is located in the south of Cameroon, including a 12 MW hydro-power station, transmission lines about 40 km long, substations and the ancillary projects.

喀麥隆默坎水電站項目的業主是喀麥隆能源與水資源部。莫坎電站距首都雅溫德約200公里，從雅溫德到現場，經180公里瀝青公路和20公里土路便可到達，交通方便，施工條件良好。電站主體：包括大壩、溢洪道、廠房、水工機械、機電設備、升壓站，機電設備的安裝、調試。輸電線路及變電站：63KV線路，長約40公里; 63/33KV的變電站。該項目位於喀麥隆南部，包括一座12MW的水電站、約40公里長的輸電線路、變電所以及輔助工程。

Starting from Addis Ababa/Sebeta, the capital of Ethiopia, the line of the Project runs eastwards and gets to Nagad (front-port station of Djibouti) via Indode(Akaki), Bishoftu, Modjo, Adama, Metehara, Awash, Mieso, Bike，Dire Dawa, Arawa, Adigala, Aysha, Dewele, Queleleh, Ali Sabieh, and Holhol. It is 752.7km long and electric traction will be used. The total length of the tracks in Ethiopia (Sebeta-Dewele) is about 670.7km, and the length of main tracks in Djibouti (Queleleh-Nagad) is about 82.0km. The tracks of railway-related works in port area of Djibouti are about 13.8km long and diesel traction will be used. The design running speed is 120km/h.

亞迪斯亞貝巴-吉佈提鐵路項目線路西起衣索比亞首都Addis Ababa/Sebeta，向東經Indode（Akaki），Bishoftu，Modjo，Adama，Metehara，Awash，Mieso，Bike，Dire Dawa，Arawa，Adigala，Aysha，Dewele，Queleleh，Ali Sabieh，Holhol，至吉佈提港前站Nagad，線路長度752.7km，採用電力牽引。衣索比亞境內（Sebeta-Dewele）線路總長約670.7km，吉佈提境內（Queleleh-Nagad）正線長度約82.0km。吉佈提港區鐵路相關工程線路長度約13.8km，採用內燃牽引。設計運行速度為120km/h。

The Woldya - Mekelle Railway Project (WM Railway or north part of Line 5) is located in the north of Ethiopia. It is a part of the line 5 in the national railway network of Ethiopia, and an important part of the channel to the sea and the intemational transportation corridor for the north area. The south end of the line starts from Hara Gebeya east of Woldya, then runs northward to Mekele, with the length of 218.396km, and electric traction is proposed to be adopted. In Jvne2012, Ethiopian Railways Corporation (ERC) and China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) signed an EPC contract.

埃塞俄比亞默克萊-沃爾迪亞項目（北部鐵路項目）位於埃塞俄比亞北部地方，南端起於Woldya東側的Hara Gebeya，向北至終點Mekele，線路長度218.396km，擬採用電力牽引。2012年6月，ERC與中交公司簽署了總承包合同.

Lahore Orange Line Project is located in Lahore, the capital of Punjab of Pakistan with a total length of 26 kilometers and 26 stations. It is the first signed infrastructural project of the Sino-Pakistan Economic Corridor under the strategic framework of "The Belt and Road" and the first urban rail transit project in Pakistan. The project will use the Chinese standards to design and construct. After the completion, the project will bring great convenience for the travel of local residents and play an important model role for other projects of the "Sino-Pakistan Economic Corridor".

拉合爾橙線項目位於巴基斯坦旁遮普省的首府拉合爾市，線路全長約26km，共設26座車站，是國家“一帶一路”戰略框架下中巴經濟走廊首個簽約的基礎設施項目，也是巴基斯坦第一條城市軌道交通項目，項目將採用中國標準設計和建設。項目建成後，將為當地居民的出行帶來極大的便利，同時將對“中巴經濟走廊”的其它項目起到重要的示範性作用。

Mongu-Kalabo Road will be built under the support of the Chinese government's preferential export buyer's credit with a financing amount of US $ 244 million, and built by the AVIC International Holdings. The road is located in the Western Province of Zambia, with a total length of 35 kilometers, and including 26 bridges across the Zambezi River, the fourth longest river in Africa. The road will solve the problem of flooding, road blockage, traffic congestion and trade interruption during the rainy season in Mongu and Kalabo, and safeguard the trade and economic development of the western provinces of Zambia and will also make important contribution for the the country's economic growth.

芒古-卡拉博公路在中國政府提供的優惠出口買方信貸支持下建成，融資金額2.44億美元，由中航國際承建。公路位於贊比亞西方省，全長35公里，包含各類橋樑26座，橫跨非洲第四大河贊比西河。公路貫通將解決每逢雨季洪水氾濫、道路阻斷，芒古和卡拉博廣大居民交通和貿易中斷的問題，並為贊比亞西部省份貿易和經濟發展提供重要保障，也將為贊比亞經濟騰飛做出重要貢獻。

The project will last for three years. After the completion of the project, the daily supply of drinking water will reach 300,000 cubic meters (expandable to 400,000 cubic meters), and the supply of drinking water to Yaoundé and its surrounding areas as Monatélé, Soa, Batchenga and Ntui can continue at least three decades, with total amount about 762 million dollars. Export and Import Bank of China provides commercial loans for the drinking water treatment plants and its supporting projects in Yaoundé and its surrounding areas, and it will be built by China Machinery and Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. (CMEC).

該項目工期為三年，項目建成後，其飲用水日供應量將達30萬立方米（可擴容至40萬立方米），向雅溫得以及莫納特勒（Monatélé）、索阿（Soa）、巴琴加（Batchenga）、恩推（Ntui）等周邊地區的飲用水供應量至少能夠滿足三十年，總金額約7.62億美元。雅溫得及其周邊地區薩納加飲用水處理廠及其配套工程項目由中國進出口銀行提供商業貸款支援，由中國機械設備工程股份有限公司（CMEC）承建。

On April 30, 2014, Cameroonian President Paul Beaiah signed a Presidential Decree No. 2014/145 to authorize the Minister of Economy to sign a loan agreement with the Export-Import Bank of China on a loan of $ 678.3 million for the water supply project in Yaoundé and the surrounding areas.

2014年4月30日，喀麥隆總統保羅•比亞簽署第2014/145號總統令，授權經濟部長代表政府與中國進出口銀行簽署貸款協議，貸款6.783億美元，用於雅溫得及周邊地區供水項目。
