Ping Wang 王平
Registered Consulting Engineer 註冊國家咨詢工程師
Mr. Wang Ping has rich experience in the international engineering consulting, and has obtained the qualification for Registered Consulting Engineer set by the Chinese government and the Master Project Director set by the Australia Institute of Project Management. He has been working in the CIECC for nearly 30 years, and has extensive experience in providing all kinds of clients at home and abroad with services including market research, project feasibility study, financial audit, cost consultation, project management and etc.; at present, he is mainly engaged in the consulting services about the "Go Globally" project relevant to "One Belt One Road Initiative". Currently, he is the director of the International Business Department of the CIECC and also serves as the Managing Director of the CIECC(Hong Kong) . He acquired a postgraduate education background in Economic from the Renmin University of China.
王平先生具有豐富國際工程咨詢經驗， 獲得註冊國家咨詢工程師和澳洲管理工程師協會大師級項目管理者資格。在中國國際工程咨詢公司工作近30年，具有為國內外各類不同客戶提供包括市場調查、項目可研咨詢、財務審計、造價咨詢、項目全過程管理等方面的經驗，目前主要從事“一帶一路”相關的走出去項目的咨詢服務。現任中咨公司國際業務部主任同時兼任中咨公司（香港）有限公司董事總經理。他獲得中國人民大學經濟學專業研究生學歷。

Xianji Guo 郭先繼
Senior Engineer 高級工程師
Mr. Guo Xianji, a Senior Engineer with PMP certificate and Engineering Consultant certificate, has been working for CIECC for over 30 years, and he has profound knowledge and rich experience in serving clients domestic and overseas in Engineering Consulting, Cost Consulting, Engineering Design, Supervision and Project Management etc. Currently, he is the Vice Director of International Business Department of the CIECC, while he is mainly serving Addis Ababa-Djibouti Railway Project (the 1st electrified railway in Africa, abt. 750km long) and Weldia-Mekelle Railway Project (abt. 216km) located in Ethiopia as Employer’s Chief Representative. Li Tao is a project manager with rich experience in international engineering consulting area and an expert in the field of technology and economics. He has a master degree in Economics (Ph. D. in Management) and has consulting experience in over 50 countries. As a project manager, the overseas engineering consulting projects hosted by him have won many outstanding consulting Achievement Awards in the company; and the financial benefit evaluation model of the overseas loan project developed by him has summed up his own professional experience in engineering consulting and the technical and economic work in many countries, which has been widely used in the relevant financial institutions in China; as a training speaker, Tao has lectured on the technical and economic topics organized by the Chinese financial institutions and the Ministry of Commerce many times, and has made an outstanding contribution to the company's excellent professional reputation in the field of the "Go globally" projects.
具有豐富國際工程咨詢經驗的項目經理和技術經濟領域專家，經濟學碩士學位（管理學博士在讀），已在超過50個國別具有咨詢項目工作經驗。作為項目經理，主持的境外工程咨詢項目多次獲得公司優秀咨詢成果獎；主持開發的境外貸款項目財務效益評價模型凝聚了在多個國家從事工程咨詢及技術經濟工作的專業經驗，評價模型也已在中國相關金融機構得到廣泛應用；作為培訓主講人，多次在中國金融機構及商務部主辦的涉外培訓班主講工程技術經濟專題，為公司在“走出去”項目領域樹立良好的專業口碑做出突出貢獻。

Hui Zhang 張輝
Consulting Engineer 咨詢工程師
Zhang Hui is a consulting engineer with rich experience in international project. He has been engaged in international engineering consulting for more than 9 years, and has participated in over 100 various research projects such as feasibility study, feasibility assessment, planning and programming, market research,individualized research and project management. He has been participated in more than 40 international research projects, including railway, highway, airport, port, electricity, coal, chemical, building materials, mining and urban infrastructure and the other industries, which give him a rich experience in the international project management and the project cost; Zhang also has participated in the war losses check and ratify in the Libya and Yemen, and created a set of damage check and ratify model, which has been widely used in credit insurance claims settlement. Zhang graduated from the Hohai University as a Management Scientific and Engineering Major, and obtained the master degree in management.
有著豐富國際工程經驗的咨詢工程師，從事國際工程咨詢工作時間超過9年，先後參與可研編制、可研評估、規劃編制、市場調查、專項研究和項目管理等各類性質咨詢項目100多項，參與境外項目調研40多次，涉及鐵路、公路、機場、港口、電力、煤炭、化工、建材、礦山及城市基礎設施等多個行業，有著豐富的國際工程項目管理及工程造價經驗，曾參與過利比亞和也門戰爭損失核定工作，創立了壹套損失核定模型，目前廣泛應用於信用保險理賠工作中。畢業於河海大學管理科學與工程專業，取得管理學碩士學位。
